What age is laser tag for and what are the age limits for each attraction?
Our attractions are suitable for all ages and all abilities.
- Laser Tag – 4 years to 99 years, suits are about 3kg.
- VR Gaming – 8 years to 99 years, a degree of spatial coordination is required.
- Gellyball – 8 years to 99 years – It stings, but that’s part of the thrill!
- Air Gun Range – 13 years to 99 years, younger is OK with active adult supervision
- Sim Golf – 5 to 99 years, if they can hold the clubs they are good to go!

Is laser tag safe and what safety rules are in place?
Safety is our top priority. All equipment uses harmless infrared technology for laser tag (no real lasers), low-impact gel orbs for gellyball (biodegradable, non-toxic, minimal sting), supervised air gun range setups that use Airsoft ammunition, and secure VR stations. We provide full safety briefings before every session, enforce no-contact rules, and have experienced staff supervising at all times. Protective gear (e.g., vests, eye protection where applicable) is fully supplied.
Will you show me how to use the firearm replicas?
Of course! Not everyone knows how to use an AK-47! Every air gun range session includes a safety tutorial and instruction on how to operate your weapons.
How long do the activities take?
For laser tag and gellyball, standard sessions last around 15 minutes (plus briefing time), with options for multiple games in packages.
The air gun range lasts 20 minutes to an hour depending on the quantity of ammunition you choose.
VR sessions will be 15 minutes or 30 minutes depending on the games selected.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome, however we do strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot – especially during the weekends, or for birthday parties or groups larger than 6.
What should I wear for laser tag or other attractions?
Wear comfortable clothing and enclosed (closed-toe) shoes. Any safety gear required to be worn (vests, masks etc.) will go over your clothes. No special outfits are needed, though dark or non-restrictive clothing works best for movement. Leave loose jewellery at home for safety.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We stock a delicious selection of tasty snacks and cold drinks. You can also order hot food from our menu, and coffee! We source our beans from local roastery Elemental Coffee.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Yes, this is no problem at all.
Are the attractions suitable for corporate events, team building, or birthday parties?
Yes – we specialise in group bookings, including corporate team-building, birthdays, and social outings. We can tailor sessions, provide private areas where possible, and offer packages with multiple attractions. Contact us to customise.

Are there any other rules I should know?
No running, no physical contact, no lying down and follow staff instructions at all times. If you have health concerns (e.g., photosensitivity for VR or mobility issues), let us know in advance so we can accommodate.
